Your data is collected through “Get a Quote”, “Contact” and “Career” forms on our website, cookies, and email correspondence via automated or semi-automated methods. Legal Grounds:

  • Establishment or Performance of a Contract: Necessary for presenting a service proposal or executing contract processes.
  • Legal Obligation: Requirements under tax and trade legislation.
  • Legitimate Interest: Necessity of data processing for the agency to improve service quality and ensure security.

  • Request the correction of incomplete/incorrect data, or the deletion/destruction of data,
  • Object to any negative results arising from automated analysis and demand compensation in case of unlawful processing damage.

7. Application Method

To exercise your rights, you may submit your requests via:

  1. Email: Via secure electronic signature or through your email address registered in our system to 13@13brave.com.
  2. Written Application: In person or through a notary public to Levent Mah. Yasemin Sok. No:4 Beşiktaş/İstanbul.

Your application will be finalized within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature.
